For this reason, we don’t like it when people who don’t care about the Africoin ethos try to make money off of the name and logo. This damages the brand and so damages our community. When someone does something in an unfair way, such as registering someone else’s brand, this is known as doing so in “bad faith”. When this happens, and if we think there is a risk of the Africoin brand being damaged, we ask our Legal Binance to review the situation.
